turbocharged corolla?

hey i'm driving a 1999 corolla ce and i kind of just got interested in cars this past month...i was just thinking about it and i started to become curious if there's a way i can possibly build up a small turbo in my car from junkyard parts....and maybe run a low boost(like 3-4) safely with all stock internals. just an idea i guess. what do you guys think?

Re: turbocharged corolla?

one of my relative has turbo on his rolla, its a good idea if you plan to keep the rolla for a long long time, me, i dont plan to keep my rolla for a very long time, so turboing is a waste for me, just remember to keep it low psi
