Question 90 Beretta trans not going into lockup

I took the car to the local transmission shop complaining that the torque converter in my tmh3t40 trans wasnt locking up. So after a total rebuild all interior parts valve body, tcc switch, torque converter, still no lockup. When you run a diagnostics on the computer it says the converter is locking up at around 50 mph,but it is not. Please help $1.600 in the hole.

what makes yo think its not going into lock up? the only thing i can think of is a speed sensor, bad ecm, or bad wiring. The tranny is telling the computer to lock up but if the wire going back is open it wont lock up. good luck
