1999 Front Ringing Sound

I have a 99 AWD that started making a high pitched ringing sound from the front driver side. Only occurs when wheels are turning. I'm guessing bearings. Brakes pads seem fine with plenty of space between rotor and wear indicator. The van has 71K miles (low for worn bearings?). Anyone gone down this path before? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
