I have a 94 Accord EX that BOTH rear windows do not work. Nothing-no noise. I don't have any history on the car. Thought it was strange that both rear windows don't work at all.

Check the fuses or relays if there are any?

It's not really so strange. Window repairs can be very expensive, so, in the case or rear windows, people often just leave them as they are if they break. (I have one rear window held in place with parcel tape for that reason. And I bought the car 18 months ago!)

Each window has its own fuse located in the engine compartment. Power goes through the master window control on the drivers door. The window motor is just a 12 volt motor that runs in one direction when power is applied and reverses direction when the leads are switched. So, I would pick a window and pull the door panel and disconnect the motor. With a volt meter, check for voltage when the window switch is activated with the key on. If no voltage, go to the master switch on the drivers door and start troubleshooting. If there is voltage, you might have a bad motor. You can confirm by hooking up a 12 v battery to the motor terminals.
