If you're referring to the air conditioning cabin filter located behind the glove box then, yes, by all means replace it. I replaced the one in my kid's '05 Corolla S as it was one year old in May. The filter was very dirty. If I remember correctly, I paid $29.95 from the Toyota dealer but I know that Fram lists these filters in their books but they aren't on the shelves at the auto parts stores yet. They gotta be cheaper than the above price. If you have anyone in your family with allergies, asthma, etc., then I whole-heartedly recommend that you change the cabin filter annually.
