87 Z24 2.8 Broke a valve

If any one can help me out with this it would be good. I was replacing the fuel lines on my wifes car and I broke a Valve connected to the vacuum lines just centered of motor above the ex-header. Its small black with 3 vacuum lines connected, 2 lines are about 3/16" and one right runs down the rear of the engine is about 1/2". some how the peaces to it have goten missing so i can't take the parts to the auto store and say give me one. if anyone could give me a picture or a name of the part it sure would help. Also I beleave the beebee that was inside this thing went down into the header, Hope it just goes out the ex-header. but if not what could it do?
