I can't find a track anywhere in charlotte, well in north carolina in general that will allow public cars on. The only one that does is Lowes Motor Speed way, and its a once a year event. Does anyone know a place to timetrial or even full throttle test street cars in NC? or within 200 miles of charlotte legally?

I'm not up to pulling 140mph on a highway/interstate :P
