i am having trouble with my truck. when i try to pick up speed it seems to lung forward. and the rpm's jump up and down. does anyone know what is going on.

First off, this is a Chevy Cavalier forum. Second, what make, model, year, engine size, auto or stick, and a better description of the problem would help.
