It looks like the japanese subaru site www.subaru.co.jp
has updated its WRX to represent the new generation Impreza.

It seems that the new STI's are going for abour $32,400 ish, given current exchange rate. It also appears that, as many of you know, it's got a roof spoiler like thingie, rear diffuser, and much larger undercovers. Also, it lowered the intercooler air intake from 85mm to 66mm. It also talkes about a few new things like a larger intercooler spray water tank (12 liters), aluminum trunk lid, engine oil cooler, titanium front sturt tower bar, etc... although I'm not sure if all those things would be on the USDM version.

I don't believe that the engine's any different, it mentions that it's a "twin scroll turbo" like it's a new thing, but I wonder if the current model is twin scroll.

Well...look there. It looks like the stock WRX comes with 17 inch gold wheels and the big STI-like wing is optional equipment on WRX for about a $1000... I personally think that only STI's should have a big wing like that, but I wouldn't mind the gold 17" wheels.
