Replaced Radiator, ran great, now will not startCavalierKitty 06-15-2005, 08:19 AM I have a 1994 Cavalier, 4 cyl. My husband finally replaced my radiator yesterday and boy did it need it. This morning, I was leaving for work and the car won't start. It turns over, I hear the whirrrr of the fuel pump, but it just won't catch. Could he have left something unhooked? We drove it for about 3 hours yesterday after the radiator was replaced and it started fine, ran fine, temp stayed below the halfway mark. I paid $600.00 for this car 2 years ago and have had only a few minor problems and have done regular maintenance to it. This sucks, I had to call out and I've only been working there for two weeks. Also, I filled the gas tank yesterday too so I know it's not out of gas. I'm blonde, but not that blonde. deadBird 06-16-2005, 12:32 AM So the engine actually tries to turn over? The starter whines away right? Does it cough/sputter while trying to start? rockdude 08-24-2005, 09:39 PM double check coolant temp sensor plugged up vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
