From all indications you'll have to take it to the dealer to have it programmed because its a 2004 model and the older procedure for prior year models will not work. Also I don't think there is a mall pgm fuse on the '04 or at least its not labeled. If it exists, it would be located at the fuse block by the glove box. Good luck!
