mods for 05 silverado 1500 4.3 L

hey, i just got my new 05 silverado regular cab 4.3L 2WD, and i was wondering if its worth putting engine performance to. I want to make it quick but i don't know if a six can take alot of power? If anyone can help me on what i should do performance wise, please respond ty.

Go to http://www.nelsonperformance.com/service.htm and give Allen a call or email. He has tuned almost everything out there and he can tell you what the gains for which mods you can expect.
