I completely understand street racing is inherintly dangerous, and that its illegal. But the fact that the cops say they have to leave the highly populated areas (where crimes that hurt innocent people by their core nature occur all the time) and go to the deserted industrial and outskirts areas just to nab racers. Its stupid, they should at least have the viewpoint that 99% of the time in the deserted areas its the people involved hurt, not innocent people.

if the cops were to supply ppl with a place to do this free of charge, you'd just about abolish 'illegal street racing' its just that the fat ass cops arent willing to give in and make one because then they have no one to boss around after its implemented...

and besides... who are they hurting by racing at the early hours of the mourning... they're only gonna kil themsleves if they crash...

i say the more you try to control it the more ppl do it...

the more restrictions they put on racers the more they are gonna do it. so i say LET US DO IT.. and for the whole stolen bit..yes there are people that will steal the parts to their cars..but most of us dont. so those fat cops can go back to dunkin donuts

i was thinking that there should be a state that should be all about cars. no resrictions or anything. just all cars. it would even have cars from japan and everything so we wouldnt be left out when the car companys make cars for europe or japan only. i would love to be governor of that state. just a thought:rolleyes:

its because people are idiots and stand next to the track. If a car goes out of control towards the end its very possible it will kill 10 or 12 people standing at the finish line. Cops wont just let that happen. Think.

Are u from the uk, just so u know, in london cops don't stand at speed trap, they stand at places where if ur eyes r sharp enough u would notice them from afar n apply ur brakes in time. So far its worked 4 me, can't say that on behalf of anybody from the uk
