Oddball or not?projectsupra 04-17-2002, 08:49 AM Well I live in Detroit I enjoy going to some of the classic car shows here. However I just got a 73 Datsun 510 and wouldn't mind showing it once in a while at these shows which are mainly American cars...What do you think? TheMan5952 05-01-2002, 01:06 AM a classic car isn't always a domestic. It can be any older car. If the 510 is in good shpe, go ahead and show it. projectsupra 05-02-2002, 05:25 PM its getting there. I plan on working on the interior very soon. They body is ok I am gonna try to save the paint as much as possible, clean the wheels and rechrome the bumpers.. Heres some pics of the lil beast: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jpike/private/dats016.jpg http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jpike/private/dats022.jpg Probally spend a good few hours bring the wheels back to life http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jpike/private/dats023.jpg TheMan5952 05-03-2002, 01:13 AM Yea, once you do all that stuff, enter it. pyro86iroc 06-21-2002, 08:32 PM before you show the car in show you want to make sure body is in perfect condition and that i runs correctly. but yeah I think it would be cool seeing something differt at car shows. TerminalVelocity 06-21-2002, 08:54 PM I would like to see more classic imports at classic car shows. If its american only, then yah, no imports, but when its just plain classic car shows, then I wanna see classics :bandit: FloridaSaturn 07-02-2002, 12:54 AM Seeing classic imports is very rare i would love to see more of them around!!!!:frog: tigermiata 01-02-2003, 08:24 AM If you get your 510 set up right, you'll be having too much fun driving it to got to car shows.
