Question 1987 F150 no start

I have an manual '87 F150 with an 6 cyl. It won't start from the key. I recently changed the starter relay (which i use to start the truck) so the starter is not the problem or the relay. I also changed the ignition switch? (located on steering column) and also did some wiring work regarding the neutral switch located on the transfer case (tranny?) I noticed that they were corroded and wird them to each other to complete the circuit. Unfortunately, when trying to start the truck, using the key with clutch fully depressed in neutral, still no start. Any ideas, anyone?

You might want to check the "actuator" The actuator runs inside the column and it hooks into the ignition tumbler; and then there is a rod that runs parallel and above the column leading you to the ignition switch. So take apart the column and look to see if that tumbler is turning the actuator which moves the rod into the ignition switch. If it does then it must be something between the ignition switch and the solenoid.
