How to install an aftermarket Tacho?

my car is 1997 auto Hyundai Accent (it is called Excel over here) x3 1.5 SOHC

It is from Auto Meter and I got confused by the instructions. Take a look at this.




I have trouble understanding the component that is above the battery and below the distributor...is that an injector or what?

also where does "wire C" leads to? and where can I connect "wire A" if I don't have a distributor? mine is a distributorless ignition system.

componant above battery is the shift light but judging by the diagram the kit you have wont fit the car but the accent glsi has a rev counter as standard and the dials are the same as in identical fitment plug and play.
