Door Panel Removal on '86S-10 Blazer

I have a 1986 S10 Blazer with power windows and door locks. I need to replace an electric motor for the window on the passenger side. Can anyone here describe to me how to remove the door panel?

Also can anyone explain to me why the electric door locks only work part of the time, and sometimes the passenger side door locks will only work to close all doors and the drivers side locks won't lock anything?
Last time I had this problem I used WD 40 and it works for a while, does any one here have any other suggestions?

Thanks Ahead,
Buzz
