For a civic to be modified enough to beat a viper, ther needs to be some serious shit going on with it. It happens rarely, but it is by no means the norm. 99 percent of the time you see a civic it will do no better than a 15, good quality cars but don't go around talking them up like some sort of low budget solution to overpowering supercars.
