Electrical problem on 2004 cavalier

I have a 2004 cavalier. The DLR lights are staying on with ignition turned off, service light is on, gas gauge not working, parking brake light stays on, gas gauge not working, radio says loc and is not working, odometer is not working, The speedometer works, the tach works, the lights both high and low beam work, engine starts fine. I have unplugged the DLr relay to get the DLR lights off so they don't kill the battery. What could be wrong ? Any help is appreciated.

an 04 would still be covered by the dealer. Let them take care of it, but plug back in ANYTHING you took out.

btw...it's "DRL" for Daytime Running Lamps

Took car to dealer, it was the computer that does most of the instrument panel lights, radio, gauges etc. Had to replace the computer. Was under warranty.

First off, why should a computer go out on THAT NEW of a car?? I say this out of frustration that a new car would have problems like that, I'm not doubting that was the problem, tho. I'm having a similar problem with my 03.. Unfortunately for me, its no longer under warranty. Is this something easily fixable on my own, if not what should I look at it costing me...
