Hey, I was wondering if any of you had any clue what the problem could be with this thing...

98' Sentra GXE, no modifications. Driving up the on-ramp to get onto the highway, punched it to merge into traffic and the thing just died. No sputtering, no hesitation... it just quit. Still has electric power and cranks, but wont start.

I'd check to see what recalls you have for that car - I've got a 2000 GXE and had *four* recalls that made my accelerator stop working on the highway!

hum... check the 02 sensor or the MAF sensor in your intake. i remember mines came loose once and when i gave throttle it cut.
