a few ques. on the 90 3.1

i changed the throttle possition sensor so it doesn't stall now, it idles very high. in park it screams, but when in gear sometimes its normal and sometimes it just wants to go, i would tell you the rpm's but the tach doesnt work. and is their any way to change the oil pan without lifting the motor and pulling the exaust? the great state of mass taxes the hell out of us but doesn't seem to want to fix the streets and something tore a hole in mine. its a small hole and i somewhat patched it but it still has a slight drip..
