2001 blower motor

I have a 2001 RODEO that the blower motor dies out every now and then. It is getting to be hot here in AZ so I do not want it to die out in the middle of the summer. I have heard about the resistor going out? Also when it dies sometimes I can open and shut the glove compartment hard and it comes back on. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

You have a loose connection or broken wire somewhere.

Re: 2001 blower motor

I think that relay fix is for older rodeo's 91-97's.

The couple of blower problems I've read about was due to a bad blower.
