HELP PLEASE

My wife's friend has left a 1990 Mitsubishi Galant in my side yard for more than a year. It has just been sitting there and not run or anything. What I need to know is this.......what procedures do i need to follow to get it running again. I know the battery is shot and I will be changing the oil. I know on the 68' Ford 390 I just rebuilt that I "primed" the engine with a drill on the oil drive shaft under the distributor. Is it the same thing for this car? Also what about "priming" the injection system. I have NO experience on this kind of car so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance

dont "prime" the engine with that drill method you mentioned.
you need to replace all the fuel, and clean out the injection system.
replace the battery and see what happens.
if its it cranks but doesnt start, you may also have a clogged fuel pump from the left over fuel.
also dont forget to change the oil, like u mentioned.
