what excactly is the difference between an acura and a honda nsx are the hondas only right side drive and the acura's only ledt or what?

There is no real difference except where they are sold. The cars in North America are Acuras, The same car in Japan is a honda.

Acura is the luxury line or higher line promoted in the US like Lexus for Toyota and Infiniti for Nissan.....Yes it is Honda Still but the luxury line of Honda....
