What exactly is stagger and what is the formula to figure it out?..thanks

stagger is when the outside tires are inflated to a higher pressure than the inside tires to have a larger diameter. Example is how a dixie cup will roll in a circle. It was discovered accidentally by Mario Andretti during a tire test.
