88 f150 clutch goes to floor

this is the 88 that set up for three years... when i got the other day the clutch was real low but it worked well enough to get it onto the trailer... the brakes were to the floor too... i bled the brakes they had air they are good now.... but the clutch bled a couple of times good... then wham... no pedal... it hits the floor and stays... any ideas? thanks

yea i added new fliud but it wasnt real low... i was careful not to bleed it out.. update- i opened the bleeder and left it all night hoping it would get some fluid down to the slave cyl... it didnt happen.. still goes to the floor of course you can have someone pump the pedal with their hand with the bleeder open and cover it with your finger you get a little pressure but not near enough it just dont seem to pick up fluid....im thinkin im gonna need a new clutch cyl any help would be great... thanks
