Lucas Fuel Treatment

Since getting my truck in mid-March, I have been using Lucas Fuel Treatment http://www.lucasoil.com/products/dis...tid=2&loc=show . It is supposed to keep injectors clean, but I mainly use it as a top-end lubricant. Has anyone else used it before? Any thoughts? This is about the 4th vehicle i've used it in.

Re: Lucas Fuel Treatment

Hi,I'm a user of this product(although after reading threads on this forum about other lucas products my confidence isnt as high as it was)but its always worked well for me.My dodge lets me know its due for some occasionally by way of hesitation from a stop.(lucas always instantly cures it)I dont exzactly measure it out I just stick in and and pump it couple times.I figure since I dont use it every fill up a little extra cant hurt.Except one time it almost hurt real bad...Pulled up to the pump on a stormy day, empty tank, couple squirts of lucas, lightening had knocked out the pumps,(could'nt gas up)had to go to the next station, motor started stumbling/racing due to lucas, wet road 60 mph slight curve, nightmare begins, 360 from road to median just missed guard rail stoping just short of embankment(would haved rolled on to westbound lane of I 44)but no damage done, was able to drive away, the truck never even died. Then almost took out the motorcycle people under the bridge because of the mud on my tires.Couldnt stop. When I finally made it to the pump I was shaking so bad the people around me probably thought I had terets syndrom or something.Anyways I been praying regularly ever since.Thank God everday!I've heard good things about thi Z max product its just alittle to expensive for a poor dumbass like me.I'll stick w/ lucas for now!P.S.luv the W finger vid... lol.
