Arrow Baby seat in a Westfalia

I am trying to figure out the best way to put a baby seat in my 1982 Vanagon Westfalia. I do not like the back seat because it folds out to a bed and the bottom flips up for storage underneath. There is a spot for a large bolt in the floor just behind the passenger seat and I am thinking about bolting the base of the baby seat to that spot. I just want to see if anyone else out there has tried this or has any ideas about it.... I would think bolting a baby seat to the floor should be pretty safe as long as it's done well.

Thanks
-Ben
