I don't think it will. Different Bolt spacing between the Jetta and Passat, and it doesn't matter what year it is. I don't know the exact measurement...sorry.
If you are wondering if a rim will fit, just make sure you are running the same bolt pattern, measurement, and spacing. If all comply, then it will fit.
