Ooops- door panel removal

I was installing my newly acquired right door mirror and dropped one of the screws in the door. Is there any way I could release the bottom of the door panel to let the screw fall out, rather than removing the whole thing? Or would it be easier to remove the door speaker and stick my hand in???? (I'm going in!)
Thanks

I would try the speaker route first. Otherwise you will have to remove the pannel to get to it.
