My idle bounces and then goes under 5000rpm ans stays just above 0. It hits above 0 once it warms up but keeps bouncing, even a little once it's warmed up. I think I need a new fuel pump, b/c my cars not getting enough fuel when it's idling, so the engines reving to keep the fuel sufficient.

mods? its not getting fuel in idle? how bout wot? part throttle? how do you know its not getting fuel? you are on the JR FMU im assuming? could be the IACV or a vac leak.

but, since you say there is no fuel, how does wot and part throttle feel?
