Fan control on my 2001 dodge dakota only works on high, air condtion & heat. I checked all fuse in both fuses boxes. Does the switch need to be replaced or blower motor?

The resistor pack for the fan blew. It's located under the glovebox in the vent plumbing. It's a little tough to get too, but you can chance it yourself and the resistor pack aren't expensive.

Larry,

I never had to change my blower motor resistor, so I don't know how it looks.
The service manual said. To disconnect the battery before doing any work. Look for (I guess) box shape thing with 2 hex screws and a wire harness attach. That will be it!!! It's inside the plenum access hole.

I wish I can be more help.

Another thing you can do is pick up a new resistor pack from the dealership. Once you know how it looks then you'll have no problems finding it inside your Dak.
