how do you get at this motor ? Is it located inside the door or am I blind ?

Yup, inside the door. Follow the wiring harness or look for the big silver rivets. If you need to replace it just drill out the rivets and replace with small bolts/nuts, but also use some loctite so they don't rattle loose.

if ur window motor is not working, like mine wasnt, u just have to hit it, with a hammer or something, but not that much, just slowly, and it'll go back to work, if it fails then chack fuses and relays. If not then u get a new motor
