Angry Set of Spinners but rear driver side spinner doesnt spin

Can anyone help me out? I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix with 20" Rims and spinners. All the spinners work except the rear driver side. Any idea of what needs to be done? Any thoughts would help!

Sounds like you got some cheap wheels there.

Maybe some new bearings.

take your spinner off. underneath your spinner there should be a big bolt. put some fingernail polish remover around that bolt, and then spin ur spinner. wipe the nailpolish off and put 3-in-1 oil (from homedepot)in the same place u put the nail polish. your spinners come packed with grease in them. u need to dissolve the grease with the nail polish and replace it with oil instead of grease.
