Anyone have any helpful tips or URLs to a hot-to on radiator flush/fill for the P10?

I have a 1996 G20 that's going on 125k, and I figure it's time to swap hoses and flush the cooling system. It would be nice to have some step-by-step instructions.

Check out this great site by my good friend Rick Zotz. This written for a 92 SE-R, but should also work for a P10.
