Based on what you have already replaced, and if this is a 4 cylinder 3SFE engine, the coil inside the distributor is the most likely culprit. They are famous for developing a hairline crack and then shorting to ground whenever there is moisture around. I replaced one about 5 years ago in my niece's 90. I got an aftermarket coil (Borg Warner) at Pep Boys for around $40. I believe they are around $50 today. The dealer wanted to replace the whole distributor for $600. You do have to remove the distributor to replace the coil, but all in all it's not a hard job.
