Ok i made the J pipe and tweeked my coolant lines to make them work but the question i have is, What do i use for a new oil line? The stock one from the T 25 is a normal brake line with flare, the 16g has no nipple for the stock oil line. Where can i get the fitting to make this work>

Thanx eric

You will want to use a new SS oil feed line. As for the oil return line you can will just need to grind the 2 holes on the flange a little further apart. Or you can buy a new one, it's up to you.

mine is a flare nut that threads into the turbo. is yours the same thing? because on my evo3 gt i has a threaded hole for this to go into. i hope it works, im out of money. if it was a diffrent size i was just going to make a new brake line with the right fitting on it.

the oil lines are different from the t25, you need a bango fitting for a new oil line on the 16g, i did a different set up on mine with a fitting with a cruch washer then screwed my stock well New stock oil line into that. Bango fitting with line is $60, i made my setup for $6

The fitting that goes into the 16g is 12x1.25. Just the fitting can be obtained from Hahn Racecraft for $16 shipped, then you can usually find an SS line and fitting that will screw onto the top. For convenience, I would just buy the whole SS oil feed line (complete with fitting) from ExtremePsi--they have a good price I believe.

I make my own banjo bolts for less than a dollar. :icon16: You can make your own AN line and buy the fitting for about 25 bucks if you are comfortable working with the stuff. Most of the lines you buy from vendors are crimped fittings, which should be a little more relable though.
