90 3.1 to 350 swap

how much work is it to swap the 3.1 to a 350, emissions or non emissions,, can i use the same k frame suspension etc etc

For basics you'll need; motor mounts, suspension springs for a V8 car, possibly radiator and a transmission for a V8.
