Unhappy Oil leak? Please help!

Hello everyone!
I have a quick question to make: Passing through a speed bump i hited the lower part of my engine. The next day i've discovered an oil leak. After removing the protector, i've found a part thats screwed to the oil pan with 3 bolts and a switch. From this part, I can see that my oil was leaking. Can someone tell me which part is it? Can I remove this part and install a new one by myself and not go to the technical service of volkswagen?
MY car is a Volkswagen passat v6 4motion 2.8 liters 2003

That part is the oil heater- used to warm the oil when its really cold out. You will need a new oil pan if its leaking from there.
