L05 to L31 converson

i have a 95 tahoe with a L05, 4L60-E, and a NP241. i wanted to know if the ecu, intake mani, accessories, etc. will work for the 96 and newer L31. if anybody has any info i would apreccate it.

you need a special manifold to bolt the tbi stuff to the vortec heads because the bolt pattern and ports are different. you will also need the left exhaust manifold&egr from the newer engine if you want to hook that stuff up. i know gm performance parts has a manifold to do this conversion but it's very expensive.
