Rear Wiper on 2003 Tribute

All,

Does the Fluid for the rear wiper suppose to come out in a spray or just a small stream? It just seems to drip out of the nozzle. Also, does anyone have a rear wiper that actually wipes correctly? My wiper doesn't even touch the top part of the window and the dealer can not repair it, they just repalced it but its back doing it again.

Thanks!

I used to be a tech in the auto dealership network, what I would do is to make it fit, that is to bend the top part of your wiper, not the arm (but you might have to this also), so it will contact a little better.
