Angry 1992 syncro fuel and drive train problems

Hi all. Its my first time here, but could i get some answers pls.
I have a 92 passat syncro G60. The first problem that i have is no power to #18 fuse fp fuse. I dont know which one is the fp relay, any help will be good. Second qustion is when bought this car the clutch was gone, since its 4 weel drive the tow truck driver the moran that he is he only lifted the front of the car and towed it for about 200 meters, thne i called him and toled him to hook up all 4 wheels ... i wasn't there.
Now do u think there could be a problem with diff or anything else becose he did that? Please give me some answers. THX a lot.

200 meters won't hurt the syncro unit. Fuse #18 gets it's power from the FP relay, position #12 (bottom row on the right side).

thx for your reply, i changed #12 position fp relay but still nothin
this car was sittin for about 2 years it was fine before it used to start no problem now nothin am clueless

Have you tried jumpering the two larger pins on the relay panel? I believe they are marked 4 & 6 on the panel. The relay should have a basic diagram printed on it that shows which pins are connected to run the pump. If the pumps run then there is another problem keeping the ECM from signaling the relay.
