Looking for research materials..I want to learnbird2431 04-14-2005, 08:23 PM I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some good reading material that will help me understand more about different car things. I dont know much but really want to know as much as I can. If you know of any good books or manuals please let me know. Free online material is preffered (poor college kid) but will appreciate any help. I just dont wanna say somethin stupid because I dont know what Im talkin about lol. charlieteg 04-14-2005, 10:35 PM 15 bucks at autozone i got the haynes manual, i like it. but seriously i would just use google.com and search for what you want. www.honda-tech.com is good i think too.... when i was first getting into modding my integra i did most of my research on here... great people for the most part. some dickheads though one_lost_punk 04-14-2005, 11:45 PM www.teamintegra.net under articles/performance check out anything written there (preferably by Micheal Delaney). I dont know how much you already know, whether you dont know anything, or your looking to enhance your knowledge but that is a great site that has helped me. You have to love the analagies... CivicSpoon 04-15-2005, 01:20 AM "Honda & Acura - Performance Handbook" $29.95 Very informative and easy to read. Covers a lot of information on every aspect of performance (handling, engine swaps, forced induction, bolt-ons). bird2431 04-15-2005, 09:27 AM Thanks a lot guys. I know very little formally, but am rather intelligent and can figure things well on my own. I just want to know more about how to do certain things and also what each thing is and how it works. Im really into the techy aspect and can understand real tech talk. Ive heard about the haynes manual and plan on picking one up when I get home. As for the other sites, thank you all much and I will definitely check them out. Hopefully I can start contributing to discussions on here soon. P.S. I absolutey love my integra!
