thermoquad carb

anyone know anything about the thermoquad carb thats good, bad, or indifferent?? not sure if to rebuild or replace with another on a 72 duster 340. all ive been able to read indicates they were decent but want an educated opinion. thanks.

What was nice about the older tqs was the small primaries which resulted in better fuel economy but still having plenty of power when you needed it.
