Question HotShot turbo kit

I was browsing thru the HotShot homepage and came across a turbo kit for the SE20DE. Has anyone installed this kit in their G20 yet? Any G20 SER20DE gurus? Your comment and opinion wanted.

TIA

I rather doubt it. The HotShot is a really good kit, but John has sold too few of these. Most people have been opting for the F-Max kit. The F-Max is great if you are going for all out power, but the HotShot is a really good kit for a good price.

That said, I'm going to be making the prototype pipes for a HotShot P10 G20 DET installation kit. I have the engine in the car with only a few details to finish before installing the intercooler and making the pipes. BTW, the HKS IC that HS uses is fantastic for the G20. It bolts into the P10 lower grill very nicely.

So George, are you saying that the turbo kit shown on HotShot's homepage will not fit a P10? Do you work for HS? Do you have a ETA of when the turbo kit for the P10 will be completed?

Thanks,
G20er

First off, no, I don't work for HS.

Their kits are for the B13 Sentra and B14 Sentra/200SX with the SR20. I have yet to hear of any application for the P10 or P11 for their kit. If someone can leave their car for a few days, I'm sure John can design the piping for a P10 or P11 though if someone wants the kit.

I don't know when John will offer the DET installation kit. I have to get my engine working and then figure out when I can afford some down time for the car to send him the pipes.
