Instead of using elect tape... does duct tape work as well ?

The best thing is to use PVC couplings. Tape doesnt work.

when i use pvc tires... do i put them on all four tires... or just the back ?.......

I agree. Cut some pvc pipes and super glue it to old worn out tires about 3/4 the width of the tire should work. Dont need to cover the whole tire treads.
Some even use spray can caps if you can find one that fits perfectly then you wouldn't hav to get trouble by cutting pvc.

isnt all that known as "Cheater Drfiting" Do you see real cars with tape wrapped around their tires, or how bout big ol PVC's?
