You guys know about that metal thing that keeps your door open(or keeps it from closing)....well the piece that is inside of the door broke off so now its just sticking off the car and isnt in the door ( when i close my door i have to put the thing in the hole in the door its pretty gay ). Is there some kind of quick fix? or should i just replace it and how would i go about doing that.

I don't know for sure, I've never messed with that piece, but I bet you could get a newer one off of someone's parts car on ebay fairly cheap. I, myself, wouldn't mess with trying to jimmy-rig it, just do it right so you don't have to worry about it.
