82 convertible oil light blinks

Hello, I need help. The dashboard oil light will come on and blink while I am driving, or when the engine is revved to high rpms. I have unhooked the three connections that I know of, the pressure gauge on the head, the temp sensor on the filter flange, and the sender above the filter, and the light will still come on and blink. Is this a fault in the speedo, or is there something else I should look for. Oil pressure gauge holds at about 6 to 8 BAR while driving. Thank you,

Re: 82 convertible oil light blinks

The dynamic oil system the car has was prone to failure. Most people rig another light to run off the switch on the head.
