You can get the factory service manual here http://www.helminc.com ($120) or non factory ebay item# #796472782. These are hard copies I do not think softcopy is available. I suggest you run a search in this forum to see if anybody has purchased either one and which one is better. I remember seeing post on softcopy service manuals and no replies.

Re: service manual

Softcopy? Do you mean a software version of the manual? If so, just search on e-bay for "GM Service Manual CD" and you can pick them up for around $20 a set.

If you mean an actual manual you can read....then I STRONGLY suggest getting the Helms. $120 and WELL worth it. Any other manual is crap in comparison...

Only place I know of might be www.alldata.com and it will cost some money if available.

www.mygmlink.com

Register your vehicle and you can get the PDF version in the "glovebox" or order a replacement one if necessary.

Would this be a service manual, or an owner's manual? Be a really good deal for some indepth service info but I can't imagine GM giving this away.

Re: service manual

Sorry, my mistake. It's the owner's manual.

I'm not sure what you are waiting for....the information is right there. I bought a set...excellent Service Manual...for like all GM models since 90-something... Well worth the $29 bucks I paid for them... Wasn't thrilled with the communication I received from the guy (he was from Australia and claimed it was some holiday over there), but once I received them, I was impressed at how information the CDs have...
