turbo help

I have a 94 civic with a slow d15 motor in it. I have a spare d15 (complete) and I want to turbo it. I already have a revhard manifold and got flanges as well, but before I buy more stuff I want to find out more on the shot peening process? I want to eventually run about 10 to 15(max) lbs. replace my springs with dual titanium ones, the rings, all the bearings, and pumps. Also, is there any thing I forgot besides fuel that should be built up or replaced? I know there are alot of smart asses out there, but dont knock the sohc! If all goes well I wanna at least run 13's. Which could smoke everybody and there moms b16!

Re: turbo help

well, i wouldnt recommend doing that to a d15 is you want to run 13's.... my friend had a d15 turboed with N2O and he was running 13's on a good day, but he also went through motors like they were water.... even though he had about 20+ hours of professional tuning, the motor just couldnt handle the abuse.

Re: turbo help

you have to think, though, a d15 with new rods, pistons, and walls isn't really a weak d15 anymore..
